Whimsical Exhibits collaborated with Cocorico for their participation at Anuga 2025, one of the world’s premier food and beverage trade fairs in Cologne, Germany. The project included the design and construction of a 49 sqm exhibit stand that both reflected Cocorico’s brand identity while also being visually appealing and functional.
While the design stage was fairly easy to complete, the difficult stage was the execution because the event occurred during one of the busiest times of the exhibition calendar year.
Challenges Faced
The most significant challenge occurred when the stand materials experienced a delayed arrival at the venue, thus limiting the amount of time available to set up. Time was limited, and deadlines were fast approaching. The Whimsical Exhibits team quickly rethought their on-site approach and worked at full speed without compromising on quality.
Ultimately, the team worked continuously for over 24 hours without sleep or a hotel stay to ensure that they had a completed booth before the show. This effort was not only a testament to their ability, but to a team effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Execution & Team Effort
Even under extreme time pressure, the Whimsical Exhibits on-site team showed outstanding efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. The exhibit was relatively simple but had intentional, careful detailing and installation of the components to match Cocorico’s high brand standards.
Every aspect of the boot, from the structure to lighting, to finishing details, had specific care and attention to detail to match the brand’s type of quality. Despite challenging circumstances, the end booth achieved a solid, professional appearance in line with the Cocorico brand.
