Fabtech at CPHI Frankfurt 2025: A Turnkey Stand by Whimsical Exhibits
Fabtech showcased its brand at CPHI Frankfurt 2025, one of the most prestigious international conventions in the pharmaceutical sector, held from 28–30 October 2025. With a 112 sqm display area, the challenge was to create a professional brand identity that not only demonstrated Fabtech’s capabilities but also captured the attention of a global audience.Â
Whimsical Exhibits delivered a complete turnkey solution, managing the project from initial design to final execution in Germany. Collaborating closely with Fabtech, we translated their vision into a thoughtfully designed exhibition stand. Graphic walls adorned every side, complemented by a striking LED wall facing the exterior, creating a harmonious display that conveyed Fabtech’s corporate identity while ensuring a seamless visitor experience at CPHI Frankfurt 2025.
Challenges
Fabtech aimed to project its size and expertise through the exhibition stand. As a leading event in the pharmaceutical industry, CPHI demanded a dynamic and distinctive setup that highlighted Fabtech’s services while standing out in a competitive environment. With a 112 sqm space, the design needed to be both visually impressive and functionally efficient.
We began by presenting two concepts, giving Fabtech the opportunity to evaluate different approaches. One concept aligned perfectly with the brand’s strategy and was finalised. Alongside design considerations, we addressed site-specific requirements, including consumables and logistical needs, ensuring a smooth execution closer to the event dates
Execution
Whimsical Exhibits oversaw every stage of the project, from design completion to on-site execution in Frankfurt. The final design incorporated graphic walls to tell a unified brand story. Each detail received meticulous attention, reflecting Fabtech’s industry stature and ensuring a refined appearance.
We integrated the LED wall seamlessly, creating a visual focal point that encouraged visitor interaction. Production, logistics, installation, and disassembly all ran smoothly, with the stand delivered on time and fully aligned with the approved design. Our team also managed additional consumables during the event at no extra cost, ensuring a hassle-free experience for Fabtech.
