CLIENT ONBOARDING

It all begins when we receive your inquiry. We then schedule an initial consultation to get to know you better. During this meeting, we dive into your objectives, goals, and target audience to ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs and expectations. This conversation is crucial because it sets the foundation for everything that follows.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Once we know what you're looking for, we move on to the concept development phase. Here, we work closely with you to craft a unique concept that aligns perfectly with your vision. We conduct research, gather inspiration, and explore different possibilities to make sure the approach is fresh and effective. After developing the initial concept, we present it to you for feedback. Your input helps us refine the idea and ensure it's exactly what you imagined.

DESIGN & PLANNING

Now that the concept is approved, we transition into the design and planning phase. We start creating detailed 2D and 3D designs that bring your vision to life. This includes floor plans, elevations, and renderings. Alongside the design work, we also outline a project timeline and key milestones to keep everything on track and ensure we're aligned on the timeline for execution.

BUDGETING AND COST ESTIMATION

With the designs in place, we move into budgeting and cost estimation. We take the time to establish your budget expectations and provide you with a detailed cost breakdown. This includes everything from design and planning to materials, logistics, installation, and event support. Once you review the breakdown, we'll get your approval to finalize the budget and move forward.

DESIGN REFINEMENT & APPROVAL

With your approval of the budget, we move on to refining the designs. We'll adjust any elements based on your feedback to make sure everything is perfect. Once the designs are refined, we present them to you again for final approval. Only when you're 100% satisfied do we proceed to the next step.

PRODUCTION & FABRICATION

Now comes the exciting part-production and fabrication. We take the approved design and begin building the exhibit stand as we have our in-house experienced fabrication and production team. This includes sourcing all the materials, equipment, and overseeing the construction process. Throughout production, we perform quality control checks to ensure everything is being made to the highest standards.

LOGISTICS & TRANSPORTATION

With the exhibit stand ready, we focus on logistics and transportation. Our team coordinates every detail, from handling transportation to navigating customs clearance. Our goal is to make sure everything is delivered safely and on time to the event venue, with no hiccups along the way.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING

Once the stand arrives at the venue, we handle the installation. Our team sets everything up, conducting final quality control checks to make sure every detail is just right. After the event, we'll carefully dismantle the stand and transport it back to storage. This ensures everything is securely packed away for future use.

EVENT SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT

During the event, our team is on-site to provide full event support and management. We're there to oversee operations, manage staffing, and ensure everything is running smoothly. Our goal is to make sure the event is a success and that everything you envisioned comes to life seamlessly.

POST EVENT EVENT EVALUATION AND REVIEW

Finally, after the event, we sit down with you for a post-event evaluation. This is our chance to gather your feedback, assess the event's success, and discuss what went well. We also identify areas for improvement so that we can implement those changes and make your future events even better.
